RETURN POLICY
Here at Lorray + Co, we ensure that all of our products are carefully inspected before
shipment. Therefore, due to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns or
process refunds on used items or lit candles. However, we will kindly replace, or
refund items that were damaged during shipment should the customer provide
photographic evidence of damaged item(s) within the shipping box to info@lorraco.com.
All damaged item claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will no
longer be valid after the 7-day grace period.
Customers also have an option to exchange the damaged item(s) for another item of
the same category, size, and price within 10 days of purchase. However, the Customer
will be responsible for all shipping costs on return items.
